Peanut is a common food material, which can be eaten not only as snack but also used as flavor or boiling soup. Frequently eating peanut can control appetite, reduce cholesterol and prevent from cancer.

How to get nutrients of peanuts?

People usually eat boiled and fried peanuts. Comparatively speaking, boiled peanuts are far better than fried peanuts. Both unshelled and peanut nuts can be boiled with little salt, pepper and aniseed. Boiled peanuts can retain original nutrient content and are easy to digest.  

Although fried peanuts are more delicious, they damaged rich vitamin in peanuts. Moreover, peanuts have low oil content. Frying may generate more fat content and cause inflammation.
