Effects of Black Sesame

For Sesame, there are black one and white one, both two types are nutrient-rich, and the black one has slightly more nutritive values than the white one. Therefore, the black sesame is used to preserve one's health, and the white sesame, thanks to its appearance, is frequently used to embellish daily cuisine.

The black sesame is good for your liver, kidney, and blood vessels. We all know that the black sesame prevents white hair producing. Besides that, it is rich in grease and vitamin-E, which is good for skin and bowel movement, and therefore is the best product to help you look younger. It also contains substances that prevent weight-gaining, such as lecithin, choline, and inositol. You would not get fat for eating sesame. If you are on a diet, the sesame will improve your skin condition. In addition, sesame is healthy to your brain. For those who are light-headed or become forgetful due to inadequate hepatic and renal function, eating sesame will be very beneficial.

  

Suggested use

Sesame products we see everyday are mostly sesame paste and sesame oil. Eating sesame directly may not be the best way to absorb its nutrients, because there is a hard film covering it. Therefore, you may want to grind the sesame before eating it.

  

Storage

Sesame should be stored in a sealed vessel placing at cool and dry place and be prevented from direct sunlight. Sesame would be easier to store if fried and air-dried.

 

Suitability

1. People with dizziness, dim eyesight, blurred vision, aching waist and limp legs, tinnitus and hearing loss, poor hair condition and hair loss, and prematurely grey hair; postpartum women with insufficient breast milk; people with weak physical condition, anemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, senium asthma, phthisis, urticaria, and habitual constipation; people with diabetes, thrombocytopenic purpura, chronic neuritis, peripheral nerve paralysis, haemorrhoids, and hemorrhagic diathesis.

  

2. Not suitable for people with chronic enteritis and diarrhea.
