“One Bean and Three-Seeds” Reduce Blood Pressure

Except drugs, dietetic regulation is very important to control high blood pressure. Actually, every family has “hypotensive” prescription on table, “one bean, three seeds and one nut”.

One bean: pea, which is rich of Vitamin C and E, can ease vascular sclerosis of hypertension patients; the carotene can effectively protect blood vessel.

Three seeds: pine nut, hazel and sunflower seeds, which are all nuts rich of polyunsaturated fatty acids; they can help heart and cerebral vessels health, reduce blood fat, delaying blood vessel senescence and hardening. Hypertension patients are suggested to eat properly every day. However, the calories of three seeds are high, it is best to eat only half a handful.

One nut: peanuts. The rich unsaturated fatty acid of peanuts can reduces cholesterol content. Peanut soaked in vinegar is a healthy way. However, the edible amount shall be paid attention to. It is recommended to eat 5-8 grains every time.
