According
to the latest news of Daily Mail, many people are ‘eating their way to sadness’
by eating sweets and junk food, which may have temporary effect, even make
their problems worse. Compared with other foods, melon seeds are more likely to
help people get rid of sadness. Pumpkin seeds and chia seeds are the preferred
choices.
Dr Sarah Schenker, a clinical dietitian, along with food psychologist Dr Christy Fergusson, said that Pumpkin seeds and chia seeds topped a top-ten list of mood-boosting foods. The other items were salmon, rice, quinoa, chickpeas, coconut, asparagus, spinach and beans.
