A newstudy conducted by Spanish scientists suggests that whether it's peanuts inbars or walnuts in salads, nuts can provide unexpected benefits for mentalhealth. Just 30g of nuts per day are enough to achieve anti-inflammatoryeffects, reducing the risk of depression by 17%. The relevant paper has beenpublished in the latest issue of the Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
