In order to guarantee the consistence between the 13 nuts and seeds food industrial standards including roasted sunflower seeds and kernel with the newly issued national standard GB19300-2014 (released by National Health and Family Planning Commission on Dec. 24, 2014, implemented from May 24, 2015), guarantee the suitable application of standards and avoid ambiguity generated during implementation of enterprises and law enforcement process of supervision departments, the commission applied for amending implementation requirements for 13 nuts and seeds food industrial standards including roasted sunflower seeds and kernel to the Ministry of Commerce.
Now the Ministry of Commerce has approved our application, and released an announcement on May 26, 2015 to amending the hygienic indexes, moldy kernel indexes and inspection methods for 13 nuts and seeds food industrial standards including roasted sunflower seeds and kernel.
The newly revised 13 nuts and seeds food industrial standards including roasted sunflower seeds and kernel will be implemented from the issuance date, i.e., May 26, 2015. Enterprises concerned shall study carefully, correctively understand and comprehensively implement the standards after downloaded the attachment.
