It is hereby printed and distributed to you. Please carefully implement and organize it. The specific requirements are as follows:

I The drafting unit of standards should pay attention to the planning and coordination of standard setting and technical innovation, experimental verification, intellectual property disposal, industrialization, and application and promotion.

II Such competent organizations as the focal points of standardized technology, technical organization and the relevant industrial association (federation) should arrange as soon as possible, make the collecting, processing, technical reviews of standard opinions and other work well in the process of standard-making process, and be strict to technical reviews.

III The relevant departments or bureau of the ministry should do well in the management of industry standard of competent fields in the revision process to ensure the standard quality.
