On January 14th, the 11th round of China-US Investment Agreement Negotiation was held in Shanghai, China, China and the United States officially started text negotiation. And this negotiation will last for 2 days.

China-US Investment Agreement Negotiation was officially launched in the fourth China-US Strategic Economic Dialogue and has held 10 rounds of negotiations so far. On July 11th, 2013, in the process of the fifth round of China-US Strategic Economic Dialogue, China announced that China will make substantive investment agreement negotiations with US on the basis of “Post-Establishment National Treatment and Negative List”, which has shown China’s determination of further deepening reform, expanding opening, and creating a business environment under the rule of law.
