On February 18, 2014, the national food safety supervision Conference was held in Beijing. Teng Jiacai, the Deputy Director of Bureau of State food and Drug Administration attended the meeting and took a speech. He stressed that each level of food and drug supervision sector should implement the spirit of the 3^rd Plenary Session of 18^th Central Committee seriously; by deepening the food security regulatory reform as the breakthrough point, further turn regulatory concepts, innovate regulatory ways, and upgrade regulatory effectiveness; highlight regulatory focus, deepen special regulations, and strengthened daily regulatory; try to build the most strict supervision system covered the whole processes, upgrade the overall level of food security fully, and work hard to create the new situation of food security.
