         On the national food safety supervision conference on February 18, the officials of China Food and Drug Administration pointed out that adopt the most stringent supervision measures to implement the main responsibility of the food producers or operators according to the law and establish the pilot food safety authority system to promote the food producers and operators to implement the first responsibility.

According to reports, the core of the system is requiring the enterprise legal person to take charge of the establishment of a quality safety director or the written authorization to do so, in order to implement “the whole process” responsible for signature. At the same time, develop and improve the food management responsibility system to facilitate operators to build their own food safety system standard.
