Chen Xiaohong, the deputy director of National Health and Family Planning Commission, said that in 2013 nearly 5000 food standards are settled in China. At present, the integration of national standards on food safety is carrying out at present. By the end of 2015, the China food safety standard system shall be formed basically. Chen said China closely cooperates with other countries, and actively participate in international food safety standard work to contribute to maintenance of food safety and promotion of international trade.
