Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, International Union of Food Science and Technology and China National Center For Food Safety Risk Assessment have jointly held the International Forum on Food Safety in Beijing on April 17^th, 2014. The theme of the Forum is ‘enhance the scientific food safety foundation, achieve the social shared-governance’, which intends to strengthen the foundation of the China Food Safety. This food safety summit attracted hundreds of food safety experts and entrepreneurs both at home and abroad.
