According to the data from "National Information Network of the Wholesale Market Price of Agricultural Products", the national average price of sunflower seeds has been 11.5 yuan per kilogram in the first 28 weeks ( July 7th  2014 to July 13th , 2014 ), and 10.75 yuan per kilogram last week. The average price per kilogram this week is 0.75 yuan higher than that of last week , up by 6.98 percent.
