After establishment of the National Health and Population and Family Planning Commission, the institutional responsibilities have been adjusted; thus the health standard work faces new trend and task and some rules of the original system can’t be adapted to the new trend, which need to revision.

The Articles of Association of the National Health Standard Committee is a revision to the Articles of Association of the National Health Standards Committee which was issued in 2003, which has adjusted the name, structure and responsibilities of the committee and strengthen the management of the professional committee and member according to the specific conditions of the newly established the 7^th National Health Standard Committee.

The Health Standard Management Method has specified the health standard content, standard responsibility division and positioning, and standard system revision working procedure as well as made principle regulation of drafting and soliciting opinion and examination and approval and approval submitting of the health standard.
