To implement the main food safety responsibility; strengthen the food safety supervision and management and guarantee the public food safety, according to the Legislation Law of the People’s Republic of China, Regulation Preparation Procedures and Regulations and other laws and regulations and rules, the State Food and Drug Supervision Administration has drafted the Management Method to Recall Food and Stop Operation Supervision (Draft for Comment). To cohere the social wisdom and power to participate in the food safety management, according to the principle of democratic and scientific legislation, it is determined to solicit public opinion currently. All sectors of the society can put forward opinions and suggestions through following four methods prior to September 5, 2014:

　　1. Log on Chinese Government Legislative Information Internet (website: http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn) and enter into the “system of collecting opinions of drafts of the department rules and regulations” at the left side of the homepage to put forward opinions and suggestions.

　　2. Send opinions and suggestions to: rendp@cfda.gov.cn.

　　3. Mail opinions and suggestions to: Building 2, 26# Courtyard, Xuanwumen West Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing (postal code: 100053), Law Department of the State Food and Drug Supervision Administration and mark the words of “feedback opinions of the Management Method to Recall Food and Stop Operation Supervision” on the envelope.
