In order to maintain the stable public order and guarantee the “safe and scientific harvest” of fruit farmers during the pecan harvest period in the forestry area. From the beginning of August, Ningguo Forestry Bureau plans and deploys in advance elaborately, and actively adopts the “three guarantees” measures combining the actual situations and characteristics of pecans harvest to protect the effectiveness of the harvest. The “three guarantees” are: firstly guarantee of disputes checking; secondly, guarantee of propaganda service; and thirdly guarantee of supervision for villagers.
