On November 28, Tieling Filbert Industry Association released the test report on filbert nutrition quality safety. The results show that the Tieling filbert is nutritious, safe and reliable.
The filbert is a characteristic leading industry of Tieling, and Tieling has always regarded the food quality safety as the core issue of the filbert industry development. In late October this year, Tieling City Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Office randomly selected roasted seed and nut samples from Kaiyuan Fengjia Filbert Online Shop and other 11 production and operation units, and the test results show that Tieling filbert nutrition components in each hectogram include 2716 joules of energy, 22 g protein, 55.5 g fat, 17 g carbohydrates, and 20 mg sodium; 13 indexes of filbert meet the national food quality standards and 10 safety test indexes meet the national green food standards. Especially the high-protein and low-fat test results correct the past major mistake of Tieling filbert protein content less than 10% and become an important symbol for difference between the hazelnut. According to introduction, Tieling filbert protein amino acid content is 49.5%, which contains eight kinds of essential amino acids (nine kinds of essential amino acids for children), while that of the hazelnut is only 37.5%.This is the basic cause of rich nutrition and mellow taste of Tieling filbert.
