Since February 1st, the food safety sampling inspection management measures has been implemented.  It requests that as soon as food production operators received unqualified inspection conclusion, they should immediately store the problem food, suspend production and sales,  issue the food and take other measures to control food safety risk.

The Measures stipulate the food safety sampling inspection content of principle, plan, sampling, inspection, processing, and legal responsibility, strengthen the main responsibility for food production operators, requirements of food production operators shall cooperate with the work of food safety sampling inspection of food and drug supervision and administration department.

At the same time, the Measures strengthen the initiative of the regulatory department, improved the unqualified inspection conclusion report notification procedures and unqualified test conclusions reexamination procedures.
