Recently, the themed workshop about advertising and implementing the new Food Safety Law was held in Beijing. About 34 representatives from national level food industry organizations and comrades in charge from China Food Safety Risk Evaluation Center, as well as expert representatives of China Food Safety Risk Exchange Expert Group attended the workshop.

The attending representatives all believed that the revision process of Food Safety Law is democratic, scientific and effective, showing the high emphasis of Party Central Committee and the State Council on food safety, and integrating intelligence and powers from all sectors of the society. It is an important measure to implement the four strictest requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping.
