January to April this year, the national food industries’ main business income
is 652.005 billion yuan, increased 7.31%, compared to last year.
In sub
industries, instant food’s manufacture’s
income is 110.084 billion yuan, accounting for 16.88% of the total amount of
the food industry revenue, increased
4.88%, compared to last year. Dairy
products manufacturing accumulative total revenue was 102.727 billion yuan,
accounting for 15.76%, year-on-year growth of 2.98%; Spices, fermentation products manufacturing
accumulative total revenue was 87.9 billion yuan, accounting for 13.48%,
year-on-year growth of 12.43%; Baked goods manufacturing accumulative total
revenue was 82.796 billion yuan, accounting for 12.7%, year-on-year growth of
10.02%; Producing candy, chocolate, and preserves the total revenue was 55.136
billion yuan, accounting for 8.46%, year-on-year growth of 8.64%; Canning
accumulative total revenue was 49.351 billion yuan, accounting for 7.57%, up
4.28% from a year earlier. Each sub industries’ main business income is positive
growth.
The following are details of the food industry main business income distribution area: In Henan province, accumulative total revenue was 80.358 billion yuan, accounted for 12.32%, year-on-year growth of 14.99%; in shandong province, accumulative total revenue was 80.309 billion yuan, accounted for 12.32%, year-on-year growth of 8.77%; in Guangdong, accumulative total revenue was 58.175 billion yuan, accounting for 8.92%, year-on-year growth of 8.94%; in Tianjin, accumulative total revenue was 44.215 billion yuan, accounting for 6.78%, year-on-year growth of 2.78%; in Fujian province, accumulative total revenue was 37.407 billion yuan, accounting for 5.74%, year-on-year growth of 12.53%; in Sichuan province, accumulative total revenue was 30.086 billion yuan, accounting for 4.6%, year-on-year growth of 6.83%; Inner Mongolia’s accumulative total revenue was 29.265 billion yuan, accounting for 4.49%, year-on-year growth of 10.98%. Those seven provinces and cities’ revenue proportion in the national total revenue income was over 50%.
