In
order to implement the first responsibility of food safety for the food
producer and operator, intensity food safety supervision and guarantee public
in good health and life safety, the State Food and
Drug administration has issued “Measures for Management of Food Recall”
(hereinafter refer to as “Measures”) in the recent days. Many measures have
been adopted to intensity food safety risk control in the “Measures”, which
have mainly strictly controlled unsafe food and standardized recall limit of
food producers and operators from production and circulation links.
