At
present, though construction of national level food safety traceability system
is like a raging fire, it still has certain limitation. Because of technical
restriction and disperse supervision, local traceability platform can not
resolve the cross-regional circulation problem of agricultural products. Department
of a single industry can not resolve the whole-process tracing and management problem
of agricultural products “from farm to dining table”. National level food
safety traceability system has been approved in the beginning of this year,
which is under preliminary design stage and is expected to be completed and put
into use by the end of 2017.
