In order to standardize food production and operation activities, strengthen supervision and management of food production and guarantee public food safety, the meeting held by State Food and Drug administration has deliberated and passed “Measures for Management of Food Production License” and “Measures for Management of Food Operation License” on August 26, 2015. The director general named Bi Jingquan of State Food and Drug administration has signed No. 16 and No. 17 decrees on August 31, 2015. Both of them will be implemented from October 1, 2015.
