New advertising law will be formally implemented on September 1, 2015. Modification range of new advertising law is relatively big, which has been changed from 49 articles to 75 articles and has only kept 8 articles without any modification.

New provision is added to new advertising law, and it will impost restriction on advertisement of juvenile and stars. New advertising law has also added provisions related to Internet advertising. The new advertising law has also made strict standardization on advertisement of healthcare food.
