On September 20, the Chinese Food Newspaper Office and Beijing institute of Technology School of Humanities and Social Science jointly hosted the “Social Responsibility Evaluation Standard Seminar of China Food Enterprise and Top 100 Evaluation Launching Ceremony of the Social Responsibility of the Food Enterprise” in Beijing Jingxi Hotel. About 100 representatives from several national industrial associations, universities and scientific research institutes, and leading food enterprises attended the seminar.

The preparation and release of the social responsibility evaluation standard of the food enterprise has great significance. The social responsibility evaluation standard of the Chinese food enterprise which is jointly prepared by Chinese Food Newspaper Office and Beijing institute of Technology School of Humanities and Social Science is the first social responsibility evaluation standard of the food enterprise since relevant national departments released the national social responsibility standard in June and also the only social responsibility evaluation standard of the Chinese food industry currently.
