From Oct. 1, 2015, the new imported food importer and exporter filing system (hereinafter referred to as filing system for short) will be launched officially. It is an important measure to implement relevant provisions of new Food Safety Law, and complete imported food safety information overall process traceability system.

Compared with the former filing system, new filing system adds imported food overseas manufacturer information record function, imported food inspection information input function and food import and sales record printing function, perfects food import and sales record convenient maintenance, and optimizes five major functions of imported food supervision information query. The launch of new filing system realized accurate traceability management for imported food, and meanwhile made the establishment of food importer filing and sales record more conveniently.
