According to information from 2015 China (Binhai,, Tianjiin)Summit Forum for Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics held by the government of Binhai New Area, Tianjin and CCTA, China's electronic commerce law would become a draft at the end of this year.

Zeng Chen, Head of Development and Planning Office, Department of Electronic Commerce and Informatization, MOC revealed on the forum that the Economic and Finance Committee, NPC kicked off the e-commerce legalization in 2013 and had hold 3 draft team meeting so far. it's planned to form a draft at the end of 2015 with the scope covering E-commercial entities, e-contracts, e-payment, logistics and payment.
