Food safety tracking system, as required by law to guarantee food safety, is important to guarantee food safety. The new Food Safety Law clearly set forth that the country shall establish a food safety tracking system and food production and trading enterprises shall establish a food safety tracking system to guarantee the safety and traceability of food. Meanwhile, China encourage food production and trading enterprises to establish a tracking system via informatization methods.
