Food Safety Law reviewed and passed on the 14th meeting of the 12th NPC has been implemented since October 1, 2015.In order to thoroughly implement the new Food Safety Law, CFDA finish the revise draft Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law where public opinions will be sought from this date.
