To better standardize the food and drug complaint management works and ensue the important roles of the complaints in the shared governance of food and drug safety, Bi Jingquan, director of China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) signed the No.21 order, the Management Method for Food and Drug Complaints, which will be implemented from March 1st, 2016.
