In August 2015, the China Food and Drug Administration issued the Notice on Soliciting Opinions on the Management Method for On-line Food Operation and Monitoring.

Management Method for On-line Food Operation and Monitoring has reflected the three obligations of the CFDA: 1. the general obligation; 2. the approval review, product information review and daily inspection reports; and 3. consumer right protection obligation. In terms of the detailed systems, CFDA will greatly strengthen the obligations as the provider of the third party platform for online food exchanges.
