Microbial contamination is the top problem for food safety

The report has known that according to the overall tendencies of 27 food safety hot spots tracked by the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology and China Food and Drug Administration, micro organisms, diary products and meat products are the fields with great attentions.


On January 12, at the 2015 Food Safety Hot Spot Reporting Meeting, experts expressed that microbial contamination has become the top priority in terms of food safety for the  first time in 2014, and still held the position in 2015.
