On March 4, China Food and Drug Administration released Daily Supervision and Inspection Management Measures on Food Production and Operation. The measures clearly regulate legal responsibilities of daily supervision and inspection. Food producers and operators who tired, altered daily supervision and inspection results summary sheet shall be ordered to correct and warned by municipal and county-level food and drug administrative departments, and fined over 2000 Yuan and below 30,000 Yuan. The measures totally cover five chapters and 36 articles, and will be implemented from May 1, 2016.
