According to western media, the relationship between Latin America and China is not attractive. After 15 years’ high-speed development, the relationship between the two emerging economies changes, and trade volume between two sides in 15 years grows 22 times. China losses interest in materials from Latin America, and thus Latin America suffers a lot, and has to seek for new way of development from economic recession.
