Recently, National Health and Family
Planning Commission and Chinese Society of Nutrition jointly released the
latest edition of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Citizens, which receives warm
responses. Many people are curious about the changes of the new edition.
The new edition is updated based on the new
research evidences for the recent 10 years, mainly shown in seven aspects:

2. Advocate to eat some coarse cereals

Juices cannot replace fresh fruits
