According to media reports, after the new “Food Safety Law” was issued, local governments have improved the amendments to specific administrative measures for food vendors and small individual workshops that produce and process food. Now six provinces including Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Guangdong, Hebei, Jiangsu and Hubei have unveiled local rules and regulations on “the Three Small”, namely small workshops, small restaurants and small vendors. As of the end of this year, other provinces will complete such legislation one after another.
