On July 21, Beijing Food and Drug Administration issued Code for Risk Classification of Food

production and operation field in Beijing, and further enhance scientific,

produced and operated, operation scale, and objects and dynamic risk factors such
as production and operation condition maintenance, production and operation
process control, and management system establishment, and on that basis
classify food producer and operator risk levels through comprehensive judgment.
The risk levels are respectively Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D from low
to high.
