In the morning of Oct. 31, 2016, Weng
Yangyang, the Standing Vice Chairman of CNSA met Chairman and other two
representatives of SAMAC in Beijing. Both sides respectively introduced and
exchanged methods and experiences in organization, functions, work methods and
experiences of Chinese and South African nuts industry associations. Meanwhile,
both sides respectively introduced nuts and roasted seeds industry and market
in China, and South Africa macadamia nut industry and current market
situations. Weng Yangyang particularly analyzed current situations and
development prospect of macadamia market in China, and suggested peers in South
Africa deeply know nuts market situations in China, due to high international
degree of nuts in China, and expand the exchange with peers in China to help
South African macadamia nuts enter Chinese market.
Both sides communicated about quality,
standards and tariff in details. At last, both sides said to further establish
cooperation and exchange mechanism between associations, and work hard jointly
for development of nuts industry in China and Africa.

South Africa Macadamia Nuts Seminar on invitation.
At 14:00, the meeting started officially. The Counselor
of Agriculture of South Africa Embassy in China made an opening speech.
Chairman and Operation Manager of SAMAC respectively introduced plantation,
production, export of South Africa macadamia nuts and operating situations in
Chinese market.
In the end, Weng Yangyang, the Standing Vice Chairman of CNSA made a summary speech in the meeting on invitation.
