The CNSA
delegation, totally 79 representatives, successfully finished various
investigation tasks on Nov. 20. They came back with fruitful results in
spirits, career and materials. We wish the results of this investigation become
the driving power for development of nuts and roasted industry and enterprises
in China.
The delegation went to processing
enterprises of Vietnam cashew nuts. Since it was on weekend, they did not see
the production process. But through the equipment, they see the processing
technology and relatively backward equipment. The mismatching energy is also
one important factor restricting updating of production equipment.
On Nov. 20, CNSA delegation, led by
Mr. Yu Ruifang, the Executive Chairman, arrived at Binh Phuc, Vietnam to visit
cashew nut processing enterprises, and talked friendly with Vice President of Vietnam Macadamia
Association. It is learned that the annual cashew nut output in Vietnam is
about 500,000-600,000ton. The export volume to China ranks the third,
accounting for 18-20% of total output in Vietnam.
On Nov. 18, the delegation visited
coffee plantation, macadamia nut seedling base and macadamia nut plantation.
The plantation owner introduced that one ten-year tree can harvest 60kg fresh
fruits; the purchase price of fresh fruit is 15 Yuan/kg. It seems profits of macadamia
nut are favorable.
On Nov. 17, 2016, the Specialized Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as CNSA) led totally 79 representatives from nuts and roasted seeds enterprises in China to investigate nuts industry in Vietnam. In the evening, they were warmly entertained by Vietnam Macadamia Association. Representatives exchanged with each other and jointly wished greater development in nuts industry in both China and Vietnam.
