According to the China Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates for December released by Ministry of Agriculture, since new season soybeans in 2016/17 came to market, the transportation pressure is prominent. In addition, the state reserve soybean rotational purchase volume is low continuously and purchase schedule is low, so in the end of November, the purchase price of Grade III soybeans in State Grain Reserves Depot in Northeast Producing Area rises, driving higher market price. In later period, with further reduction of quality soybeans in market, the domestic soybean price will rise than the previous year. According to prediction in this month, the average wholesale price in selling area of domestic soybeans shall be 4450-4650 Yuan per ton, and the median is 100 Yuan higher than predicted amount in the previous month.
