Recently, the organization members of Ning'er Hani and Yi Autonomous County went into the villages and visited the households to launch the publicity & mobilization and technical training for the carya illinmoensis planting and confirm suitable land parcels for the planting. They required the growers to dig the pond well, apply adequate ground fertilizer, water adequately for the root fixing after the planting and use the insecticide reasonably according to the technical standards and intensify the post-planting management and guarantee the planting survival rate. Ning’er plans to plant 11000mu of carya illinmoensis in 2017 and the planting will end before February 10, 2017.At present, over 2000 seedlings have been provided in Xishitou Village of Ning’er Town for the planting and the planting of carya illinmoensis in the whole county is in full swing.
