Under the circumstance of recovery of the domestic soybean planting area and
increase of the soybean output, China’s soybean import keeps rising, and the
main reason is that the global soybean output is high; supply is sufficient; price
is low, and the domestic soybean demand keeps rising. Based on comprehensive factors, the industry insider
estimates that, the soybean import will still keep rising this year - the
soybean import hit a new record in 2016. According to the preliminary statistics
data of the Chinese Customs, the cumulative soybean import was 83.91 million
tons in China, which was increased by 2.22 million tons when compared with
the soybean import of 81.69 million tons in 2015. With a growth rate of 2.7%,
it hit a new record again. |
