On Feb. 17, the Overseas Operation Center successfully
gained investment license of CHACHA Thailand Plant Project issued by Thailand
Board of Investment after six months’ tracing and endeavors.
Thailand Board of Investment (hereinafter referred to
as BOI) is a government investment attraction institution directly subordinated
to the State of Council of Thailand, and will offer different investment
preferences according to industry category.
In order to promote investment level of Thailand Board
of Investment, and show leading position and technical capacity in the
industry, CHACHA has successively invited Minister Counselor for commerce of
Thailand Embassy in China and leaders of BOI Office in China for survey.
Through multiple rounds of qualification investigation
and project document review, CHACHA project is appraised as A3 class. The
preferential policies enjoyed by CHACHA are: 1. To exempt corporate income tax
of 5 years; 2. To relief from duty; 3. To exempt duty for imported raw
materials required by export products; 4. To buy land rights in Thailand; 5. To
register sole proprietorship.
The BOI certificate marks CHACHA Thailand Plant Project officially enters the substantial stage, and meanwhile CHACHA steps forward firmly during international market expansion process.
