Two national industry standards about the nut and seed food
equipment (including the Nut and Seed
Food Equipment Belt Dryer (QB/T 5037-2017) and the Nut and Seed Food Equipment General Technical Conditions of the Frying Equipment (QB/T 5038-2017)) which are drafted and prepared under our organization were approved
by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and released on January
9, 2017, and they will be executed from July 1, 2017.
The Nut and Seed Food
Equipment Belt Dryer (QB/T 5037-2017) and the Nut and Seed Food Equipment General Technical Conditions of the Frying Equipment (QB/T 5038-2017) provide the terms and definitions, types, requirements, test
methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage,
etc. of the nut and seed food equipment including the belt dryer and frying
equipment.
The drafting
and preparation of these two equipment standards represents the first
formulation of the equipment standard by the Chinese nut and seed food industry.
After more than three years, the standards are formally released and executed
with continuous modification and improvement and the joint efforts of all the industry.
These two standards fill the gap of no nut and seed food industry equipment standard
in China and provide the standard requirements for the nut and seed food
equipment quality, safety, environment protection, inspection and acceptance,
etc., which is the foundation for the nut and fried food industry to improve
the level of industrialization and modernization; therefore, it is of great
significance.
