“Currently, the snack food enterprises in China are as many as hundreds of thousands. In recent three years, the composite growth rate of snack food industry sales income is over 20%, and annual sales volume has mounted to trillion Yuan,” said Bi Jinfeng, the deputy chairman and secretary general of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology Snack Food Processing Technology Branch in the third China Snack Food Industry Development Forum. Snack Food Industry sales volume may reach 2 Trillion Yuan by 2020.
　　Data shows in next five to ten years, income from main business of snack food industry will reach over one fifth of total income of food industry. Trillions Yuan of potential market demand will provide unlimited business opportunities and market for development, technological innovation, resource integration and consumption services of snack food enterprises in China.
