The Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation released the Notice on Simplifying Policies about VAT Rate to clarify scope of goods applying for 11% tax rate and regulations on input tax deduction amount after VAT tax rate is simplified.
　　The executive meeting of the state council decided recently to reduce VAT rates from four levels to three levels of 17%, 11% and 6%, and cancel 13% from July 1; reduce VAT rate of agricultural products and natural gas from 13% to 11%.
