Professor Ran is hired as President of Sanrui Agritec Sunflower Technology Research Institute. Ran is a world famous expert in sunflower genetic breeding, has worked in cutting-edge of sunflower breeding for a long time, and has made outstanding contribution to healthy development of world sunflower industry. As a well-known scholar, Professor Ran concerns development situations of domestic sunflower industry while he is dedicating to in-depth research. With prosperous development of sunflower industry in China, the world sunflower seed industry center transfers to China rapidly. In order to revitalize national seed industry and benefit extensive sunflower growers, Ran resolutely decides to go back to China and contribute to development of sunflower industry in China.

Currently, the sunflower industry in China develops rapidly and becomes new highlight of global economic growth. However, it also faces many problems.
