In July 30th, peanut industry branch of CCOA has established, while the first Peanut industry development forum was held in Beijing. “China Peanut industry has occupied very leading position in the world and supply structure reforming, will bring new opportunities for the development of national peanut industry”. Zhang Xinyou says, as a researcher of Academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and head of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences. “Industry weakness to demand urgent solution set by technology industry as soon as possible, weakness, for example, is featuring larger but weak, rich but general”, he says.

“The total output value of peanut processing industry is about 150 billion yuan, the scale of which ranks the first in the world, that equal to 5 times of the total output in India and equal to 6 timesof the total output than the United States” Zhang Guifeng says,director-general of CCOA, “with the consistently improvingof peanut processing technology, many kinds of peanut food are emerging, and the proportion of peanut food processing has been increasing year by year, approaching 40%” he says.

“In the rapid development of our national peanut industry, facing the problems of large but not strong, richbutgeneral, shortage of industry chain, weakcompetition and so on”.
