It is learned from Food Production E-license Promotion Workshop held in Liaoning Province Food and Drug Administration held on Oct. 12, SFDA will accelerate whole-journey e-license of food production.

It is known it has been three years since the first food product e-license was issued in Liaoning Province in 2014. E-license can be held by enterprises without leaving the factory, which not only makes enterprises convenient but also improves administrative efficiency. The industry believes such reform complies with requirements of the State Council for accelerating administrative approval system reform and “simplified administration, power-lowering and management combination, and optimal services”, complies with internal requirements of food production license reform, and also complies with actual demands of extensive food producers. It is a main direction and important measure for further license reform. Currently, the conditions for e-license management are ready.
