The enterprise identity is verified via the electronic seal and the electronic production license has the equal legal effect

　　Recently, City Food and Drug Administration published the Notice of Implementation of End-to-End Electronization of Food Production License. Since January 1 of the next year, this city will gradually implement the end-to-end electronization of food production license. The enterprise identity will be verified via the electronic seal and the electronic production license will have the equal legal effect. At the end of next year, the end-to-end electronic electronization license service for all the food production enterprises will be achieved, reducing “the miscellaneous affairs” of the enterprises.
　　The journalist learned that, China Food and Drug Administration has amended Measures for the Management of Food Production License recently, defining that the electronic food production license made by food & drug regulatory authorities and the printed food production license have the equal legal effect.
　　The end-to-end electronization of food production license of this city will be divided into three stages for the execution. Wang Fuyi, Deputy Chief of City Food and Drug Administration, introduced that the first stage will start since now and end at the end of 2017. City Food and Drug Administration will complete the upgrade & transformation of the end-to-end electronization platform for the food production license and launch the online trial operation. The second stage will be the period before May 1, 2018. A part of capable enterprises in this city will be encouraged to transact the electronic signing & sealing voluntarily; the enterprises will be guided for the paperless application & reporting, online transaction and use of electronic certificate; the pilot end-to-end electronization of food production license will be implemented. The third stage is the period before the end of 2018 with the all-around promotion executed. The end-to-end electronization license service will be provided for all the food production enterprises in this city via the end-to-end electronization platform for food production license.
